The Maryland Certified Payroll Program prints federal form WH-347 and affirmative action report CC-257. Tax and miscellaneous deductions are calculated automatically. All federal, state and county tax deductions are automatically calculated along with deductions specific to an employee such as union assessments, wage garnishee. Employee information and project information are saved in master files for continued use. Certified Payrolls are saved as completed and can be printed or reprinted at any time. Tax tables can be updated by the operator or a CD can be purchased to update the tables automatically. Enter the month and print the CC-257, Monthly Employment Utilization Report. Minority statistics are automatically calculated and separated by trade and work classifications. All reports can be reprinted from history. Sample forms produced by this program are in “SouthView Forms”.
